Frequently asked questions

How often should a chimney be cleaned?

Typically, a standard kitchen chimney requires professional deep cleaning every 3 to 6 months, depending on how heavily you cook and fry food.

How do I choose 60 cm or 90 cm?

Choose a 60 cm chimney if you have a 1-2 burner stove. For 3 or more burners, a 90 cm chimney is highly recommended as it covers a wider cooking zone.

What suction capacity should I choose?

For standard Indian cooking with moderate frying, a suction power between 1000 to 1200 m³/hr is perfect. Heavy frying or grilling might require 1300+ m³/hr.

Is ductless suitable for every kitchen?

Ductless chimneys are ideal for kitchens where exterior duct piping isn't possible. However, ducted chimneys are much more efficient at removing heat and smoke completely.

Can I book same-day chimney service?

Yes, we offer convenient same-day service visits depending on technician availability in your specific locality. Book early in the day to secure your slot.
